Como encomendar, por favor antes de comprar:

Forneceremos o design de acordo, mas você também pode enviar seu desenho para referência, se desejar.

1) Envie-nos uma foto dos personagens que você deseja fazer a pelúcia personalizada para discutir os detalhes que deseja para o design;
2) Envie-nos o número do seu pedido após o pagamento;

O processo após o pagamento do pelúcia personalizado funciona conforme abaixo:

1) Terminaremos o design dentro de 3-5 dias úteis de acordo com suas fotos ou informações que você fornece para você verificar se está tudo bem ou não após o pagamento;

2) Trabalharemos na amostra de pelúcia após a confirmação do projeto, geralmente termina dentro de 45-60 dias. Se houver alguma alteração na amostra, será necessário voltar para a segunda amostra, que levará mais 10 a 20 dias, dependendo da complicada alteração da amostra.

3) Apenas 1 vez alterando a amostra incluída. Custo adicional será cobrado se a terceira amostra for necessária.

Aviso: Por favor, entenda que NÃO aceitamos alterar o design depois que você confirmou o design para começar a fazer a amostra.

4) Assim que a amostra de pelúcia for confirmada, enviaremos para você em uma caixa de embalagem.

    I ordered an Astarion from bg3 custom plush and he’s so adorable and I love him so much! It takes a while to make and shipping took a while, but it’s worth it in the end.

    Aaannnd...Action! : Valentino Meow

    Started and finished in only a month. Beginning with design discussion and quickly started in development. Perfection was the end result! He was made in such excellent quality and in a shorter time than expected! I'm amazed by how fast they worked on him! And he's just so darn adorable! Beautiful material and perfectly stuffed! Shipping was also very fast as well. Came home safely!
    Seriously utterly in love with him. I haven't put him down since I got him and I'm not going to any time soon. This was originally going to be a birthday gift for myself but PlushShop delivered so much faster than anticipated that he's super early! Thank you so much for all your hard work!

    💜 The Lovely Meow : Lady Nagant 💜

    Where do I begin?!? 💜
    She’s an absolutely STUNNING meow and she’s INCREDIBLY SOFT! Lady Nagant is one of my personal favorites and I was so SO happy when I got the amazing opportunity to once again work with the PlushShop team. Their artist PERFECTLY replicated Nagant’s attitude and her colors, and even made her belt into a collar! Which is SO CLEVER!! She even got done a little while early before the 45 day mark which is AWESOME!!
    The day she came home was seriously the best day ever. I had right before I got back into college and she is now my homework buddy!
    I wish I could rate her a 10000/5 stars!! THANK YOU SO SO MUCH AGAIN PLUSHSHOP!! They seriously bring dreams to life! <3

    Im absolutely in love with him!! Ive been longer for a oc plushie for so long and Im so greatful plushshop was willing to work with me for this project! Customer service was excellent and they were willing to work with me to make my plush how I wanted it. It’s definitely pricey but WORTH the price 100%, youre getting a big plushie custom made to your character. I was so happy they were willing to add the teeth. necklace and scar because its a major aspect of his character design, the quality is a absolutely amazing I love coming home jus to see him in my room :) thank you so much plushshop will definitely come back again for more plushies! :D
