I received an email stating my package was delivered, however it was not there when we checked. I emailed the company about it and was just told to contact USPS; when I filed a complaint with USPS about a missing package, it turns out I was given an incorrect tracking number attached to "my" order. Emailed Plushop yesterday and I have not received an email since. Currently am informing all my friends about this to be warry if they buy from this shop.
I will be getting my money back, a dispute was filed after USPS recommended it and confirmed with me that I was given the wrong tracking information on my order. Utterly unbelievable. I understand email's can take time to respond to, but when it is as urgent as a missing package, and a false tracking number assigned to an order that I doubt was shipped out at this point.

I got a response back, and this is something I will be informing those I spoke to of the situation about as well, while I am trying to remove some of my harsher wordings, it was soon after I got a response to my email and recieved a notice that I would be getting it reshipped. I do hope the tracking number was correct this time, and I will be updating on whether or not it made it through on time.
Whether or not it was a coincidental timing or not is something I can't know for sure and it would be stated by word of mouth but if I do recieve it, I will happily change my review in a heartbeat if that is the case and consider being a repeat customer as I have been
