Stitching and string coming undone

I just got my lucifer meow yesterday and I love him his very soft and a little smaller then my all might meow . One thing I seen right away way the thrid that was holding his leg , back of his tail , hat and ear where sticking out , I all so had to do emergency stitching on the back of his tail as it was open up on a small part . I all so noticed there was plastic coming out of his ear the his hat sits on ( the right side ) it was stuck to the stitching . But other then having that issues his amazing and and I love him.

The plushies are gorgeously made, they also arrived very quickly :) The packaging was great as well; they came in vacuum sealed cubes. Overall a brilliant experience, very professional. I appreciate the care put into everything. Thank you!!! 🩷
