Kazuha Meow Genshin Impact (18IN)

First of all it took over a month for it to be "delivered" and the wait isn't what I'm upset about. After countless hours of trying to find it confronting carriers and finally finding a USPS start that was willing to look it up we received the news that the shipping wasn't payed for so it was either sent back or sent to a warehouse for auction. And please take note that it was about $100 worth of meows. I've been emailing proof back and forth in plushshop employs about this problem and they made up a order number that was close to mine but slightly altered and I'm upset that they would lie about it being delivered without issue when clearly it wasn't. And I even have proof. The one that is zoomed in is the altered shipping they said was mine and the one with all the red circles are my original who in their right mind would lie about there not being a problem?

I bought the plushie around the end of November, and I could not be happier! The fur is so soft, the filling is super soft as well. The quality is overall really good and I love all the attention to details. Overall a great product.

I know this is not within plush shop power, but the courier, Yanwei or whatever it was that you are using is not accurate, sacred me 3 times, had to argue with express one hungary and then plead express one bulgaria not to send it back, then had to search for the kazuha meow in multiple stores of theirs and barely managed to find it. Plush is nice but the whole situation is something i will not put myself to do again, hope you have a great business.
