Arrived sooner

Good quality. Delivered alot sooner than I thought it would have!!! My daughter absolutely loves it!!!

Order has not arrived

Order is still in transit after landing in Los Angeles via Chinese courier on December 14. New tracking provided on December 25 after 9 days of being handed off to US based courier. Item is still not yet delivered.

Never recieved

I never received my order and everytime I track all it said was "your shipment is in transit, thank you for your waiting" without fully even letting me know where my package was

Bad quality

I recieved the plushie in a vacume package. When my daugther opened it on Christmas Eve, the first thing my daugther noticed was that the fur heart on his ear is half missing and that his tail has almost fallen off. The edges of the wings are unevenly burned(?) to stop the fabrique from flossing. My daugther was sadly very dissapointed to get her (very expensive) Christmas gift.

My granddaughter wanted this and when she saw it her face lighted up she can't stop smiling she keeps saying thx over and over again thank you so much for this it has made my day to see her face light up so fast thx
